Zhengzhou Yutong Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yutong Group") is a large enterprise group with passenger cars as its core business, engineering machinery, automotive parts, real estate as its strategic business, and other investment businesses. Its headquarters are located in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. In 2012, Yutong Group sold a total of 55456 large and medium-sized passenger cars, construction machinery, and specialized vehicles, an increase of 6.0% compared to the same period last year, achieving a sales revenue of 30.288 billion yuan, an increase of 17.1% compared to the same period last year.

Zhengzhou Yutong Bus Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yutong Bus"), the core enterprise of Yutong Group, is located in Yutong Industrial Park, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. It covers an area of 1700 acres and has a daily production of over 285 vehicles (as of 2012). The partially put into operation new energy plant covers an area of over 2000 acres, with a building area of 600000 square meters. The company was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1997 (referred to as "Yutong Bus", code 600066) and obtained an AAA credit rating from Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.
