China Youth Automobile Group has three major sub groups: Commercial Vehicle Group, Passenger Vehicle Group, and Automotive Parts Group. It is a comprehensive automotive industry group that produces and sells NEOPLAN buses, MAN heavy-duty trucks, Lotus sedans, and automotive components. Pang Qingnian, Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of the Group, is a senior economist, a national innovation expert, a Chinese business management master, one of the top 50 figures of the 2006 China Economic Year, one of the top 10 Zhejiang businessmen in 2006, and the 12th Party Representative of Zhejiang Province. At present, the group has about 4000 employees, including more than 600 research and development personnel and more than 10 foreign experts. The headquarters of the group is located in Jinhua, with production bases in Jinan, Tai"an, Lianyungang, Quzhou and other places.

Qingnian Lianhua is a passenger car brand owned by Qingnian Automobile Group, with a technology platform derived from Malaysia"s Proton Automobile and technical cooperation provided by Lianhua Engineering Company in the UK for chassis tuning. Youth Automobile Group is responsible for production, sales, and independent management.
